| 9 simple rules for the Core Performance Forums
At Core Performance, we’re gearing up for a large and lively community where you’ll be able to interact with each other and our team of experts. As this community expands, we want to insure that it is a smart, enjoyable, and useful resource for what we like to refer to as “performance living,” or performing your best in every aspect of life. With that being said, we’ve put together 9 simple rules to help guide your interactions. Ultimately, this is your environment. We’re here to make certain that this community—your community—is a safe and inclusive platform for vibrant discussion.
1) We welcome debate and constructive suggestions, comments, and posts. The key to making sure that Core Performance is a healthy and productive community is to focus on intelligent, insightful and passionate discussion of issues.
2) Please respect all views and beliefs. We’re all passionate about particular subjects, but we will remove any content that members might find offensive or threatening. We actively discourage obscenity. Personal attacks have no place on our forums.
3) We will not tolerate hate-speech or anything that could be interpreted in this way.
4) We will remove any posts that may put us in legal jeopardy. This includes libelous and defamatory posts, as well as potential copyright issues. We’re going to act on the side of caution.
5) We will remove any posts that are obviously commercial. We’re all against spam, and we’re also against people using our forums to sell products. We’d like our community members to be individuals, not companies.
6) Please pause before you publish. This is a public forum and your words will be available through search engines forever. People can misunderstand tone and intent online, so please take a minute to give your posts a quick once over.
7) Keep it relevant. We’re going to set up a lounge area for people who want to talk about non-Core Performance issues.
8) This environment belongs to all of us. We hope that you’ll find these forums to be an invaluable tool. Please help us keep it this way.
9) When in doubt, use the Platinum rule: Treat others as THEY want to be treated. Respect others. Value human rights.
