Arrow 6th, 7th and 8th Grade football training

I currently run a football program for middle school students. Any advice on how to train them for high school football? We curretnly have a program but I am always looking to better the program.

I would certainly look at the football training programs available here at this site. Opinions vary about when to start weight training with children, but I believe the prehab, movement prep, movement skills and plyometrics sections would be suitable for any age.

Please take a look at our football specific video that is in the core performance store or the football specific programs on the coreperformance.com member side. You can get a free 3 week trial at any time.
